Summer Session: June 3 – July 29
All tenants of Ford Field are welcome to join every Monday and Thursday. All you need is a yoga mat. Beginners welcome anytime. Brought to you by Ford Field, Detroit Lions, and Dynatrace.

Mindful Movement: Monday 12 – 12:50 PM
Functional Movement: Thursday 12 – 12:50 PM

July Special Class - 7/1: Intro Class
All other classes: 7/8 7/11 7/15 7/18 7/22 7/25 7/29

More information: No class July 4. Room location is on the 5th Floor, 500 Suites area overlooking the Ford Field cafeteria area. (see picture at bottom of page). Please bring a yoga mat and wear loose, comfortable clothing. There are changing rooms in the hall as well is in the suite area for changing. Classes are subject to cancellation or room change.
