Fall Session Starts Monday, September 16
If you are a tenant of Ford Field you are welcome to join free fo charge, complements of the Detroit Lions and Ford Field tenant services.. All you need is a yoga mat. Beginners welcome anytime - see special “intro class” dates below.

Functional Movement every Wednesday 12 – 12:50 PM

Special dates:

Intro Classes: 9/16 and 9/18
Class cancellations: 10/23 and 11/27

Where do we practice?
5th Floor, 500 Suites area overlooking the Ford Field cafeteria area. (see pic at bottom of this page)
What should I wear?
Loose, comfortable clothing, or your “workout” clothes
Is there a changing room?
There are changing rooms in the hall off of the elevators, as well as the more private “suite” bathrooms just outside of the practice area. Sorry, we can’t offer showers.
